Robert Guerra arrived to look at our new AC system because the drain line was filling up. He checked the whole system and showed us that the fan was set to “On” instead of “Auto”, which inevitably saved another service call. He then cleaned the line for us and checked the filters to make sure everything was tip-top. He was extremely professional and cordial. Thank you, Robert.

My technician Billy came out in the time that he said. I even got a tracker to see when he was going to be there. The service was exceptional and I got the yearly plan for maintenance. Will definitely recommend to other people and friends.

My AC and electric heat went out last night so I called and they responded bright and early Wednesday morning! Their technician Edwin Calderon arrived and found the problem within minutes! Back working right away! I have been with this company for 12 plus years! Very happy with the service we get!

Called their number to ask for help with getting the appropriate foam filter for my AC unit but was only met with No's and "I can't help with that". Zero attempt to figure out the request. The phone representative only offered to send a technician out despite me repeating it's just a question about the foam filter. Overall it was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had this year. All they had to do was put effort into helping a customer and they wouldn't even try!
