My A/C wend out around 1 o’clock in the afternoon on a Saturday, I called a few companies and all went to voicemail, NOT COOL TODAY, they answered, set me up with an appointment, had my cooling down around 5 ish. I’m satisfied with the service they provided. Cool Today is the best!

Upset with new changes in commercial department. Now when you call it’s general call center customer service not specific to commercial and new people answering calls are not experienced enough to handle calls and ask a million questions! Please take care of your commercial customers and bring back direct call commercial department I love Lonnie and Nicole and want them back ! . They are familiar with our accounts and make it easier when you have multiple buildings.
