Cool it Today Crew showed up first thing this morning to do an install. We had scheduled to be away from the house, but felt very comfortable allowing the team to access the home and complete the installation. Jonathan called us to state the install was completed before we returned. The house, garage looked as if nobody had been there except for the fact the AC Unit and Air Handler, was installed and the home was cooling when we returned. Completely impressed with the professionalism that was displayed by this team of Cool It Today installers. Not sure it can get any better than this. Very impressive!!

My first time using CoolToday for routine maintenance and the service was excellent. The technician Christopher was prompt and explained everything. Provided a couple estimates for some recommended service or add on features but did not try to push it. Reviewed everything he saw while servicing and provided pictures and video. No complaints at all and look forward to working with them in the future for my HVAC needs.

From the start my experience was stellar! Anett at the office, was efficient, knowledgeable, friendly, and overall amazing! Don was great especially for my first experience needing service with the company. He was super helpful and communicative before, after, & throughout his visit.
