I'd keep looking. Unless you like wasting your own time to be ignored after literally being told they dropped the ball and promising to make it right. I shouldnt lose work time to wait for someone who isn't even coming. Asked for escalation on friday - its two business days later- still no contact from them. If a whole new system, ductwork, and insulation results in 7 degree disparity in room temperatures from 71-78 degrees to 74-80 degrees. My system is constantly kicking on set at 77. I can't lower it because condensation is literally dripping in a cold room, can't raise it unless people want to sleep in heat. I wish i could return the whole thing and start fresh with a different company because ive already had two no shows from the manager that was supposed to help me, resulting on my friday escalation request. I think i could go to tech school and get certified to fix my own problem faster than this compsny will take care of it. Please evaluate your workforce, have less people selling and more people skilled at install and fixing. Can you please come take this system back? How can i trust a warranty when you dont call and you dont show up?

We have used Cool Today for two years now and found out about them through a program they have in partnership with The Home Depot. Eliseo was our tech today. He was polite, professional, and enjoyable to chat with as he performed routine maintenance on our HVAC system. At his suggestion, which was clearly presented and backed by the evidence of our need, we had a UV light installed. He called in advance to see if he could arrive almost two hours early, which was an added bonus since it fit right into our schedule. If you are trying to decide who to call, you won’t be disappointed — especially if you go through The Home Depot. And as Braves fans, Cool Today supports our team as the stadium sponsor of their spring training home in North Port.
