Cool Today is a great company. Their techs are polite and knowledgeable. They explain what they are doing and if they find something concerning, they take pictures and show you the issue as well as explain their suggestions.

10/10 no one is happy when the AC goes out with a heat index of 107. But Cool Today and my tech Jason Collins helped make a bad situation bearable. They were here quickly and Jason was amazingly though. He listened and took the extra effort to find the right solution in a timely and budget friendly manner. It’s a pleasant surprise when something that looks like it will ruin your day turns out to be a bright spot. Thank you to Jason Collins and the Cool Today team for being trustworthy and competent - something that is sadly lacking these days.

My technician Joseph St. John was terrific. This was a routine maintenance visit for my A/C system. He was thorough and explained clearly what was done and what to watch for going forward. He also made a point to address some minor adjustments to improve performance. This is my fourth year using Cool Today's services and I am glad to continue using them. Joe is a great representative of the company!

The team at Cool Today is very responsive! We were able to schedule an appointment easily with communication from the office and service technician throughout! No need to worry about the arrival- when they say they will - they do. Our tech was Kevin. Very knowledgeable, nice man delivered and explained his process clearly. Highly recommend the company. We have used since our relocation and will continue.
