The initial sales consultant was very knowledgeable and personable and didn’t try to oversell any products. The technician that came to install was timely, professional, efficient and completed the job in the timeframe promised. Would definitely recommend them!!

Cool Today recently installed a two-stage Carrier heat pump with an ecobee thermostat in my home. The installation team was punctual, professional, and clearly took pride in their work—friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough from start to finish. The salesperson was experienced and helped guide me to a solution that fit my needs perfectly. Pricing was competitive with other similar size companies, and the included lifetime warranty added real peace of mind. Overall, a smooth and satisfying experience. Highly recommend!

I like the professionalism of letting us know when the tech will be arriving and a photo. Techs are always polite and knowledgeable. I made a comment about the spicy price of gas. Zack in AC group called me today, was super nice and we agreed on an adjustment. You don’t get better customer service than that. Highly recommend. Very fair. And unusual getting a call back from other businesses.

I encountered an issue with my air conditioning unit, specifically with its heating and cooling functions. The technician visited the next day and informed us that a new part was required. The part arrived the following day, and the technician returned that afternoon to fix the problem. I was thoroughly impressed with the technician’s expertise and the overall service provided.

Paid an $89 service fee. If I was told that an $1,100 flat rate would be your price when I called, there would have been no need for you to come out. Terrible way to do business, not to say in advance the price of flat rate, so you can make an $89 service fee collection. Shame on your scam.
