We had our new air conditioner installed on November 28, 2025 and of today December 1, 2025 we do not have air. The conditioner worked for 1 hour and quit and the technician was still here and got it running and left. One hour later the unit stopped again. Another Technician came and checked the unit and found the problem, the Fuses. He said that he had to order them and they would be here today, Dec. 1 and then we got a call this morning saying that they would be here tomorrow Dec. 2. We are not sure if that will happen or not. Not Very Happy.

Mike is very deserving of his five star rating. He is prompt, neat, very considerate of my home.. he made a special trip to get a new hose to drain my water heater so his hose would not dirty my carpet. He is clearly knowledgeable about his job and was very helpful and polite.

Whole HVAC buying process, starting with knowledgeable and attentive sales guy Chris and competitive prices, then excellent, fast and friendly installation crew was flawless and pleasant. It is a professional company and gets job done on time and as promised. Would not hesitate to use them again for any service, as they offer many more professional services, such as plumbing, electrical, etc.

CoolToday technician was pleasant and thorough as he explained to me what he was checking and how my unit was operating. He did not attempt to sell me something extra because nothing was needed. I set up a new contract for maintaining my AC unit. He was a very informed and congenial person.
