Today I had a service technician. From Cool Today out to look at a problem with my ac that a previous company that installed was making. The previous company said it was normal (after 3 visits). The service tech was professional and stayed with the problem until he was able to replicate and repair. He made sure everything was working properly before he left. So happy I signed up for a year service agreement (AC, Plumbing & Electrical)! So thankful for the great service!

Excellent! The service on the phone and in my home have been very friendly and knowledgeable. The explanation of the condition, price estimate, the process of cleaning my AC vents and AC unit maintenance costs and plan offers were explained thoroughly and easy to understand. I’ve able to get appointments within a week or two. Best part… their prices are very reasonable, their service is exceptional AND they even answer the phone! Once again ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️! I just had my regular AC maintenance completed. My tech and Cool Today once again provided excellent and professional service. My tech caught some problems with the unit that really needed To be fixed. It’s such a comfort that they usually have the parts right with them or will Complete the service in one day without making another appointment.

I’ve had positive experiences with Cool Today in the past, but unfortunately my recent service with Plumbing Today was extremely disappointing. Yesterday morning I woke up to find my house had no water pressure and called right away. They scheduled me between 12–4pm, but at 4 o’clock the technician called to say he was still in Bradenton. On the phone he told me he probably couldn’t help because I’m on a well system, and that he didn’t carry the necessary parts. When he did arrive, he only spent about 15 minutes before telling me there was nothing he could do and suggested I call the original pump installer—leaving my family with no running water overnight. What made this worse is that he didn’t troubleshoot basic possibilities. For example, he never tried bypassing the GFCI with an extension cord. I did this myself as soon as he left and immediately discovered the problem. He also couldn’t confirm if my aerator or GFCI was the issue. I was left feeling that Plumbing Today simply didn’t care about resolving my urgent problem. The lack of concern and follow-through was frustrating and left us without running water for another night. I hope this feedback helps others understand that, at least in my case, Plumbing Today was not equipped or willing to provide meaningful support
