A very professional service man arrived and did what he was scheduled to do. Only one problem… he was here at 9:30 am. My window was between 12 and 4 pm. I have my email confirming the time window as well . Glad I was home. I have to have a gas plumber again after my appliance is delivered. Hope it doesn’t happen again. Otherwise I am very happy with the service.

I'm very happy with everyone that has come to my home. If I had a question or wasn't sure as what they'd told me they would always explain and have showed me the issue. Very informative. I appreciate that . I 've never had a bad experience with any of the guys that have come to my home. I give this a 5.

Adam from cool today was very professional and knowledgeable in his field of ac. Went out of his way to get our ac fix. Hopefully I will not need him soon, but if I do, I will not call or use anyone else.
