I'm very happy with everyone that has come to my home. If I had a question or wasn't sure as what they'd told me they would always explain and have showed me the issue. Very informative. I appreciate that . I 've never had a bad experience with any of the guys that have come to my home. I give this a 5.

We had Cool Today come to provide an inspection of our AC, plumbing and electrical systems in our manufactured home. Each of the techs were friendly, professional and knowledgeable in their respective fields. They each found some unexpected issues. The AC Tech actually spoke to my son, who is an AC tech for Trane in New York. My son thought the tech was being honest and forthright with his assessment of my very old AC unit. So, while I am not happy with their recommendation, I believe them to be accurate and considerate of the life expectancy of the existing and possible updated systems. I have a lot to consider!

They were very competitive and professional. They did follow-ups before the sale but not high pressure, it was more informative. They worked with me on scheduling and kept me well informed of appointment times. Technicians were friendly, professional, efficient, kept me informed of their progress, and really knew what they were doing. I was very comfortable having them work in my house. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing HVAC work.

Electrical Safety Inspection. Today our home had it's first electric safety inspection. Our two box breakers were checked and several connections were tightened up. The interior of our home was then inspected. All was well except they recommended all our smoke detectors be replaced by smoke/carbon monoxide detectors, ideally using the 10 year battery type. I received a "report card" covering all the items that were inspected. And because I use for Cool Today for A/C maintenance their was no cost to us! Our plan is to soon add a "whole home serge protector" and to replace the smoke detectors. The inspection couldn't have been easier. Emre, who did the inspection was polite, informative and never pushed any of the recommendations. I've used Cool Today for close to 15 years for our A/C units maintenance. I will continue to use Cool Today for keeping our home comfortable and safe!

Great experience! We called and got a quick response, Scott was excellent, he was very professional and listened carefully. He provided a good quote, helped us use our Home Depot credit and had the job scheduled for the first thing the next morning. The installation crew, Shawn and Carlos were great. Very friendly and did a super job installing and cleaning up, taking away the old equipment. Our home is cool today and we are very happy. Will recommend you to our friends.
