I'm beyond impressed with the kindness, speed, and professionalism of Adam C.! He came out the day after Helene to get our AC running again, and instead of being mysterious and charging us for a hefty repair, he willingly, openly taught my partner how to correct the problem and prevent it from happening again. And, dear reader, Amazing Adam didn't stop there. Our neighbor saw the Cool Today truck in our drive, and popped over to ask him about her unit that had suddenly stopped working. Adam took the time to walk over, give her a quick diagnosis, jumpstart her unit. The man just exuded kindness and care the entire time, and left our neighborhood better than he found it. Give this man a cape- He's our hero!

I really want to take the time and say thanks not only to my service technician who did a fantastic job on the servicing with my York System both outside and inside total system gone over. My tune up on my 3 year old system involved alot more than I thought and I was informed on every last detail. I will definitely continue my business with you and your company again when ever needing service and my yearly inspections.
