I'd like to give your company a 5 but I can't, they were on time and csme out the same day to replace a backflow damaged by the roofing company. A few days later the called to advise that they needed to certify the installation. When they arrived they failed the installation advising me that the wrong valve was installed? They didn't seem to know what they were talking about and that they would get back to me. It was possible a reinstall would be needed at no cost to me. They had me fill out a cross country control survey and that's the last that I heard. Updated- they contacted me stopped by and resolved the issue. They even issued a partial refund after work was completed. So they moved up to a 5 star.

I had a pretty disappointing experience with Cool Today. Michelle in the office was so pleasant and helpful in getting me scheduled, but unfortunately the technician was not as great. Quadrea Bain came out and replaced the capacitor on my unit, then told me my compressor was failing and that I shouldn't run the system. He immediately started calling the parts department, pushing financing, and contacting the office to sort out payment before I even had a chance to think. When I told him I wanted to get a second opinion and would not be purchasing the compressor, he left visibly upset and clearly frustrated. I later had another company inspect the unit, and their technician confirmed the compressor was working fine and that the system simply needed a good cleaning. They also discovered the unit is still under manufacturer warranty, which Cool Today never checked or mentioned. I felt rushed and pressured into an unnecessary and costly repair. I expected much more honesty and professionalism from a company with this kind of reputation.
