I had a pretty disappointing experience with Cool Today. Michelle in the office was so pleasant and helpful in getting me scheduled, but unfortunately the technician was not as great. Quadrea Bain came out and replaced the capacitor on my unit, then told me my compressor was failing and that I shouldn't run the system. He immediately started calling the parts department, pushing financing, and contacting the office to sort out payment before I even had a chance to think. When I told him I wanted to get a second opinion and would not be purchasing the compressor, he left visibly upset and clearly frustrated. I later had another company inspect the unit, and their technician confirmed the compressor was working fine and that the system simply needed a good cleaning. They also discovered the unit is still under manufacturer warranty, which Cool Today never checked or mentioned. I felt rushed and pressured into an unnecessary and costly repair. I expected much more honesty and professionalism from a company with this kind of reputation.

This was the best customer service we have ever experienced. The first visit from Rob was a great encounter. He was very patient and knowledgeable on the products and services. He explained everything clearly and step by step on how the process would go. He really went above and beyond to help us finance the best unit for our needs. The process was extremely fast and simple. On the day of the install, Johnny nd Edwin arrived on time and were amazing off the bat. Both were friendly but still got straight into it immediately. They worked so hard and diligently. We were amazed at how much work it was and they did it efficiently. I applaud them, especially in this Florida 90 degree weather. CoolToday gained a loyal customer today. 10/10 definitely recommend !

After 30 minutes diagnostics on my Cooling System, the Technician is telling me that my Condenser Contactor need to be replaced. He tells me the cost is $375. Holy moly!! I was shocked to find out that a $20 Contactor (checked on Amazon ) is going to cost me $375!! Wow!! No Thanks!! Also, this service call which was a so called special from Home Depot was supposed to cost me $29.99 not $59.99! I paid it!! But I think it is false advertising! Overall, not a pleasant experience!

ASKED FOR AN ESTIMATE, AND RECIEVED SOMETHING VERY BRIEF. CALLED WITH QUESTIONS, AND NEVER HEARD BACK. PRICE AND DATE WERE REASONABLE, BUT GETTING NO RESPONSE CAUSED ME TO GO WITH SOMEONE ELSE FOR THE MAJOR PROJECT DUE TO TIMING.

Ben and Mikheil came to my Mom's home today for an assessment. They went above and beyond trying to come up with the issue. They cared enough to talk to her neighbor and park Manager to see where the issue lay. They took their time and didn't rush at all. I recommend these wonderdul men. My Mom (87 yrs old) was happy with their demeanor and truly thankful for them.
