Recently had a landscaping contractor employee hit my outside A/C condenser unit with a lawn mower causing considerable damage. Cool Today technician Quadrea Bain came out right away to get the condenser running again by replacing some of the suction line copper piping that was severely crimped. He also gave me a detailed estimate to replace the condenser coil which was also damaged. Quadrea replaced the condenser coil which is a complicated repair requiring cutting out the old coil and then brazing in the new one. This repair was completed in 4 hours. Quadrea is highly skilled, explains what he is doing and why. I am going to ask for him on any future repairs.

I wanted to give a huge shoutout to an amazing tech, Chris C. He serviced my grandmothers house a few weeks ago and was absolutely incredible. He went above and beyond and was so kind and professional. I’m always hesitant when it comes to service providers because they can be a little pushy but he was the complete opposite. He gave us 3 different options to go with and recommended what he thought was best (which we completely agreed with and went with).
