We have not been happy with our last few maintenance check ups on our unit. Every time they fix something within 24 hours something doesn’t work on one of the units. Then we have to schedule another visit for somebody to come out to fix it when it worked prior to the check up. Also, every time they come out is thousands of dollars that they have to fix when the unit was working just fine before. I’m not sure we’re getting our moneys worth.

He is very professional, knowledgeable and found a couple of issues within the AC unit that were made during original unit installation. Cool today was amazing. I called them in a Saturday evening at about 7:00 PM and scheduled service that evening. The technician called me back in less than 5 minutes letting me know he would be at my residence in 25 minutes. He arrived in less than 25 minutes and solved the problem in less than 5 minutes.
