I was replacing the kitchen sink faucet and the cold shut off valve leaked quite a bit. So I had to shut off the main shut off valve, so the whole apartment was without water. I call several plumbers but they could not get anybody out the same day, I called Cooltoday and they had a plumber at our place 3 hours later. He repaired the valve and we were up and running. They were very responsive to our dilemma.

We had cool Today (electrical) out to install surge protectors in our panel and ACs. During a visit from a friend, he highly recommended we get a second look at the panel. We did and the electrician stated it was wired completely wrong and was dangerous as wired. We called cool today several times and the “manager” is always supposed to call and never has. Today, they sent a sr technician to our house who confirmed it was not installed correctly and this same “manager” was going to call us at 3pm- never called. So they screw up, make me wait over a month to confirm they screwed up, and then continue to completely blow me off. I was patient but making me wait for any type of response is disrespectful. So before I report this further, just warning the next person.
