Our technician, Josh, showed up very timely and addressed concerns. We had our house repiped through Plumbing Today several years back and the part that needed to be replaced was from wear and tear. The part was covered under warranty. Josh was polite and professional and repaired the part within an hour. Thank you!!!

The tech Rudolfo was awesome! He explained everything to me in layman's terms, but wasn't pushy or trying to oversell anything. He let me make my own decisions. He was professional and respectful. I also like the idea of their "Report Card Sheet". It makes it much easier to understand what is being inspected, what is functioning, and what may need attention. Again my technician Rudolfo made me feel comfortable and not pressured into purchasing other services, he told me what they had to offer and what I needed. I took it over from there.
