I’ve done business with this company in the past and had great experiences up until recently. I had a new mini split installed recently and to make a long story short it had a small leak at the connections. I need a simple fix and recharge of the system. I ask for a quote and boy did I get one, and overage quote to cover the companies cost of materials instead of the company taking care of the customer to ensure that cost over time. They decided to put it all on me by overcharging and when attempting to discuss the situation based on two other quotes that were $300 cheaper, they said there was nothing they could do to help. I will most likely never do business with them again, very disappointing ruining a business relationship this way.

I really want to take the time and say thanks not only to my service technician who did a fantastic job on the servicing with my York System both outside and inside total system gone over. My tune up on my 3 year old system involved alot more than I thought and I was informed on every last detail. I will definitely continue my business with you and your company again when ever needing service and my yearly inspections. He arrived on time, serviced our equipment, cleaned any debris and offered useful suggestions on keeping our A/C running in top shape.
