The maintenance service is good and thorough. Our unit is still practically brand new, so we did not expect any problems anyway. However, we were surprised when they suggested that we should spend a significant amount of money to do some additional work. For example, they suggested that a drain pan should be added while we thought the pan was already placed there when the unit was installed.

Very courteous and Respectful. Showed up on time and did the maintenance as well as give me a few tips which were very helpful.
