The maintenance service is good and thorough. Our unit is still practically brand new, so we did not expect any problems anyway. However, we were surprised when they suggested that we should spend a significant amount of money to do some additional work. For example, they suggested that a drain pan should be added while we thought the pan was already placed there when the unit was installed.

With 1 day notice, Cool Today came out and serviced our 2 A/C units. T b ey offered several good suggestions with no pressure. Customer service is a big deal for us, and we had no problem talking to a representative. I hope they keep up this level of service.
