Service technician Alex was very professional knowledgeable and listened to my explanation of the problem being experienced. He immediately understood and started to trouble shoot, he found the problem within 10 minutes. Alex explained and showed thoroughly to me what caused the problem. He made the repair and checked to make sure it was done satisfactory for me. I can't give more than 5 stars but Alex and Cool Today deserve 10+ stars. I will definitely recommend Cool Today to my friends if they ever need a great company for any electrical issue they may have.

Ronnie, our technician, was absolutely brilliant. He diagnosed the issue within seconds — it turned out to be the only thing we hadn’t already tried troubleshooting. Beyond fixing the immediate problem, he also took the time to check for any other potential issues, and thankfully everything else was in great shape. Ronnie was polite, personable, and extremely knowledgeable. This was our first time using this company, and thanks to him, we’ll definitely be calling them again. Quick response from the customer service team. The service technician was very knowledgable and informative. It was basically just a a/c tuneup that seemed really overpriced, but, ultimately, the service provided was very professional. I highly recommend this company!
