Francisco was super nice and helpful during my AC tune-up. He listened and shared all of his findings- even with pictures! He was honest when he wasnt sure about something and then asked his manager for more information. He let me know recommendations, but wasn't pushy or "salesy." I will definitely be using them again!

I was very impressed with Cool Today service! They had everything covered from service appt., to follow up! Even more impressed was pictures taken of Billy’s work and sent to me. He was very explanatory and comfortable to talk with. And to see the services they offer on the brochure….. Wow! You don’t see that in company’s anymore, but I sure did with Cool Today! Ty!

Your company has been to my residence repeatedly for an AC unit your company has installed a little over two years ago. Your technician is currently here trying to fix ANOTHER issue and he has been here for almost two hours now. At what point do you people simply replace this "lemon" you installed and give your customer the AC he needs?

As most people are concerned when they call an Air Conditioning firm are they going to be treated fair both for quality and price and not taken advantage of.
