John S. did a terrific job on our A/C tune-up. There is a special going on and I was a little skeptical of the price. We had him do one house, and then he did such a great job, that I asked for him to come back and tune-up 3 of our rentals. What I especially liked, was that John is knowledge but he did not try to sell us anything.

Cool Today came same day that I was having an issue with AC. Sent out also the same day a sales guy to give me a quote on a new system so I had all my options. Both the crew that came out and the sales guy were fantastic. They all were courteous, informative and very willing to answer questions. They worked with me on price which was appreciated and the work was completed quickly!

When I had originally called on Thursday afternoon and scheduled an appointment, I was told that there was an 8am-12pm window for Friday, when I happened to be home from work. At 12:17PM, I was finally called by a technician and told that they were on their way, and about 10-15 minutes out. After waiting for an hour and calling dispatch, twice, I was told that "the service call was cancelled", despite the fact that I did not call and cancel it. Furthermore, both times that I was told they were "contacting dispatch to find out what was going on", I was mysteriously disconnected, despite the fact I was assured that, 'if this call gets disconnected, we have caller-ID and will call you back'. Spoiler warning: I was not called back. This was an absolute waste of my time on one of the few days that I had off of work, and will be happily going to the first competitor that I can have come out and service this issue. Avoid this business at all costs.

Worst service i have ever had with cooltoday guy came and I could tell he did not want to be here was supposed to service my unit. Spent about 15 min on unit in garage never even looked at unit back of house when he was done I asked him if he put a new filter in he said no. So I handed him one that I bought at lowes. He said I'm done have a good day and walked to his van and left. This is a company that is supposed to give high end service I don't think so. Do not recommend this company and will be looking for another one to service me

Great job done by Adam. My original home builder used pex for an outdoor mounted tankless water heater. The UV ruined the pex and pinhole leaks were in multiple places. It wasn't an emergency so I called late on Tuesday, Adam scoped it out Wednesday, and got the needed stock and made the repairs on Thursday. The result is a plumbing job that will withstand the brutal Florida sun.
