We have had Agbor as our service guy before and as usual he was great. A recommendation he made from a prior visit worked really well and made this service quicker so that was so great. Very good service. Good phone presence when you need help. I can only say good things about Cool Today and their staff.

We've had GREAT experiences with Cool Today, specifically Agbor. He's a thorough, detailed, friendly, and professional technician. He works hard, and we trust his insight. The customer service team is friendly, too. However, we didn't have a good experience with the 24/7 service line. It's not a true "24/7 service." Overall, we recommend Cool Today.
