Cool Today technician Cruz was excellent. He performed tasks on our air conditioner that to our recollection had never been done in the past. He was careful that his ladder did not scratch our wooden floors and left with our conditioner humming in good order.

I walked into Home Depot for a ladder and noticed a sign for an HVAC tune up for only $29 and right away I thought to myself that's Cruz a great deal. After scanning the QR code and filing out a quick questionnaire I received a call/ email from Cool Today. The lady scheduled us for an appointment right away. A technician named Cruz showed up and did a fantastic job inspecting, cleaning and explaining everything thoroughly. Overall a great great experience. Two thumbs up!

He complimented me on my involvement in timely replacement of filters and cleaning the drain line has done well to keep my A/C running smoothly.
