Cruz the service tech was both timely and professional. He came in and reviewed the equipment and both showed and explained what he was doing. He complimented me on my involvement in timely replacement of filters and cleaning the drain line has done well to keep my A/C running smoothly. Very user friendly approach to my first contact with company.

Was told on phone tech would be getting 89 dollar service call charge plus parts, but when he showed up I was busy at another location and the on duty manager was told $150 cash and all we got out of this was a picture taken by tech of a faulty component and told manager it would be 195 plus part, which had to be ordered, completely conflicting with what I was told on phone. Had I been there, I would have told him no, were not paying for info we already knew and that this was not what I was told on phone. So now we paid 150 just for this tech to come out and tell us what we already knew, and it's still not repaired. Be wary of dealing with this company.

0 STARS!!! I called on Friday asking for a quote to do a garbage disposal installation and replace washer lines. I was given an appointment window on Saturday from 12-4pm AND an $89 estimate fee just to show up. 5:36pm on Saturday and they are a no show. When I called the office, she put me on hold for several minutes then came back to say, “I don’t know when they will be there, but they say they will be there today.” I asked, “Does that mean 1 hour, 2 hours, 3 hours, or tomorrow?” She said, “I don’t have an ETA, but it will be today.” So I told her I want to cancel my appointment to which she had the audacity to ask, “Are you sure?” I told her, “Absolutely. If you guys can’t even keep time commitments then I wouldn’t hire you anyway. You basically wasted my entire Saturday.” She said, “okay, have a good day.” NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY FOR WASTING MY ENTIRE SATURDAY! WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD! SHAME ON YOU!!!

We have spent a tremendous amount of money with your company. We have been giving different instructions on one project regarding the Halo water purifying system. I still don't understand what I should be doing., You put in a new generator and was told by Brian that the generator would provide enough energy for the entire house for two weeks. The first storm we had just three days of energy. We had only the refrigerator and a few lights on. Needless to say I have been very disappointed in the generator situation as well as the Halo. We continue to use your organization because of the annual inspections program. This is against my better judgements. Thank you for your time.

Totally professional installation!! The installers were here on time with the new AC system. They disassembled our old system and removed it - and then they cleaned the area before installing the new AC. Fast and completely professional would describe the whole operation. Cool Today truly inspires customer confidence, for real! JOE
