From the first contact to insulation, I have been neyond pleased. The salesman Rob was excellent. Very thorough and professional. Answered every question and gave us answers to questions I didn’t know to ask. I’ll be honest, I had other quotes, and they were all pretty close but when he asked about any veterans in my family as I would get a discount, I cried. Your company and its employees are amazing. I asked for his boss’s number and as soon as he finished up the sale, I called his boss and told them how pleased I was. One day later, today, was the installation! One thing I like is the texting with a link to follow your worker. And they also called. I had Paul and Fred. Cordial, polite, explained everything. I was super Impressed! Our sales representative, Chris, was really awesome and very patient with any concerns or questions that we had. The air conditioning technicians that did our installation were great, and Fred did a wonderful job explaining everything to us. From sales to final install, Cool Today was top notch. Scott, Paul, and Fred were all awesome. Very punctual, professional and efficient. I can't say enough good things about my experience. Cool Today far exceeded my expectations. Communication was excellent and that is a huge thing. They are now my go-to A/C company and I will certainly call them for plumbing or electrical also. I wish them great success. UPDATE: Been a few years almost and the system is working great. Had another routine maintenance service done today and communication and punctuality was fantastic.
