My wife and I were so impressed with the maintenance done today on our air conditioner. Francisco Gonzalez and Kim Wellman were the technicians. They were both friendly and professional. They did their work effectively, efficiently, and excellently. They patiently explained all they did to us . We HIGHLY RECOMMEND FRANCISCO GONZALEZ !!

The owner of Cool Today sent me an email and asked me to review my recent experience with Cool Today, Sarasota. I would have liked to email him but that is not possible as everything from the company is NO REPLY. I decided to leave this review. I have a service contract for A/C maintenance. I requested a specific service tech that has serviced my property in the past on several occasions and has done a great job. The company called the day of my appointment to tell me that Mykola would not be coming. Erin was to replace him. I didn't have much choice. Erin did his thing. What he didn't do was send me an invoice for the service, photos of the readings on my equipment and condition of components, vacuum the drain line on my mini-split or rinse the condenser on my package unit. He did not measure the temperature at the intakes and exist of the air vents. All of my previous techs did this. I had to ask if my capacitor reading was ok. He did inform me of that age of my ultraviolet light was overdo. I agreed to replace it. I also added a surge protector. The charges were high considering the cost of the parts in the retails market and the fact that the tech was onsite already. He was not as thorough as my previous techs Mykola and Kim who is not longer in the field. This young man could use some additional training.
