My system went down over the weekend. (Through Costco) Cool Today was able to send a representative Mitchell on Saturday and my system was replaced on Tuesday. The installers David & Adriel did a great job and kept well informed throughout the process.

Our 14yr old unit was in rough condition and after getting a few different quotes to have it fixed we decided getting a new unit would be a better investment. From the moment we made the appointment for a quote up until it was installed we were treated with absolute respect and kindness. Mitchell Blasko was our comfort advisor and was extremely knowledgeable and understanding. He answered every question we had while at our home and continued to answer questions well through out the day over the phone. Cool Today was able to be at our home the very next day where Tyler and Paul Installed a brand new 4 ton 18seers Carrier unit in under 4 hrs. They also were very kind and answered all my questions and concerns. I feel like we made a great decision going with Cool Today and feel confident that if issues arise they will be by our side to help.

We picked Cool Today to perform our duct cleaning because of positive reviews in the neighborhood, and their (5) star rating in the Sarasota County Homeowner Referral Guidebook. We did have to wait some time to receive an estimate, but when Mitchell came we were impressed with his thoroughness and professional approach. We decide to go with Cool Today. The job is now completed. Cody and Dave were very thorough, the job took approx. (4) hours. Everything appeared spotless afterwards, with before/after pics provided. We would definitely recommend Cool Today for duct cleaning, not sure how they could do better.
