My system went down over the weekend. (Through Costco) Cool Today was able to send a representative Mitchell on Saturday and my system was replaced on Tuesday. The installers David & Adriel did a great job and kept well informed throughout the process.

Edwin is fantastic, couldn't be happier with how everything went! We had low coolant and called to have them back out, they sent Ahmad Suliman. He told us there was no leak and all we needed was a recharge. When he went out to take the valve off, he broke it and all the coolant escaped. He then said there was a leak, and that he would repair the valve the next morning. He never showed and their service manage called to tell me it was our fault the valve broke since the unit was old. He then tried to sell us a new unit, or charge us over $5k to repair it. We will never use them again, they broke the valve and are flat our refusing to fix what they did.

Cool Today made what can be a stressful process very smooth and seamless Jim explained our options thoroughly so we could make an informed decision on the replacement of our HVAC System Fredy and Jesus were very friendly and efficient they completed the installation and cleaned up the entire area like it never happened we are very pleased with the entire project and the prices were very competitive Thank you Cool Today

ASKED FOR AN ESTIMATE, AND RECIEVED SOMETHING VERY BRIEF. CALLED WITH QUESTIONS, AND NEVER HEARD BACK. PRICE AND DATE WERE REASONABLE, BUT GETTING NO RESPONSE CAUSED ME TO GO WITH SOMEONE ELSE FOR THE MAJOR PROJECT DUE TO TIMING.

Adam Collins was amazing. Very professional and did an amazing job, he provided me a lot of good and very welcome education on what he was doing. I'll definitely be requesting him again in the future.
