He explained what needed to change which was minimal, a tank and couple of new pex tubes, following draining the tank. Installation was quick and clean. He explained warranty and future care. Great service! Roman was prompt and efficient. He had all of the parts he needed in his truck even though the appointment was just scheduled yesterday. He replaced my water heater and expansion tank. My water heater doesn’t need a pan because of its location and I completely forgot to ask him about it. He suggested the pan so things around it won’t get ruined. I was so glad he brought it up. He changed my water filters and the tanks did not break as they have in the past. He showed me the filters and recommended changing them more often. I will definitely do this.
