I don’t know how to rate my service call fairly because the tech arrived when they said he would and he was nice BUT the cost of having him put in a new water heater was ridiculous. I understand that prices are high on everything. So I checked with Home Depot and the heater only cost $600 how can you expect me to pay $2600? It’s not even that hard of a job to justify that much of a margin.

Chris Pego was an absolute professional. Cool Today did such an awesome job fixing my electrical issues, I got a whole house contract with them. 3 years later, they still wow me. Chris inspected my plumbing while still giving loving attention to my pack of dogs (they love him to death) He took pictures of everything and gave me maintenence tips, can't wait to see him on my next maintenance trip.

I signed up for Cool Today's special A/C summer tuneup during a trip to Home Depot. They called me within 24 hours to set up an appointment. We scheduled a time 3 days out. The service tech called within the appointed time window to tell me he was on his way. The service tech was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing and why. Our system is 11 years old and close to the end of its life but still in decent shape. There was no hard sell to upgrade to a new unit. He told me what signs I should be looking for. I also signed up for their "Today Care Plan." I highly recommend you contact Cool Today for all your AC, Plumbing, and Electrical needs. Wanted over 500 dollars to replace a rubber washer on Shower water shutoff valve to stop a water drip. Service tech said he wasn't sure if he had a rubber washer to stop drip, and that it might cost as much as 1,800 dollars. Paid the service fee, and sent the tech on his way. Do not recommend
