Wilfrid was my technician. He called before arrival so i would be aware. He took the time to do my a/c service with a professional and experienced manner. He went above and beyond and cleaned all the leaves from within the unit outside, and maintenance as needed. Very nice guy.

Wilfrid was very nice. He changed the supplied filter and cleaned my grate. He checked the capacitor and said it is still good he washed my condenser coils. Was very disappointed that he didn’t check the most important part of the AC. He didn’t check my Freon level. He never took out the guages to check. I don’t know if it was because I got the Home Depot special pricing. The list of things to check on the supplied paperwork is checking the level of Freon.

Wilfrid was prompt. I got a picture of who was coming. I got a 15 min warning of his arrival. Wilfrid was courteous and through. Feel like we got our moneys worth and excellent customer service!
