We recently had a brand-new Carrier A/C unit donated and installed at our youth football and cheer field house by CoolToday — and we couldn’t be more grateful! From start to finish, the entire team was professional, efficient, and incredibly generous. Special thanks to Jimmy Mullen, Jeff Munafo, Austin Haley, and the whole crew for going above and beyond. The install was seamless, and the difference it’s made for our athletes, coaches, and volunteers is huge! If you’re looking for an HVAC company you can trust — for your home or business — we highly recommend CoolToday. Amazing people, great service, and truly committed to supporting their community!

Your Technician is amazing !! He showed up on time and got right to work on our system. Adam Collins is professional and informative !! We have been down here for two years from up NORT Wisconsin, and have been running a portable dehumidifier all summer both years. My wife asked him if this is common down here to run a small portables along with your HVAC system. His answers are never just yes or no, so it took some investigating. He made the adjustments and the humidity dropped from 64% down to 40%. Jean and I have owned our own businesses for decades and know a keeper when we see one. Please let me know if you plan on letting him go. We would be willing to place him on one of our TEAMS.

They did show up on time. Within minutes of the tech arriving, I was told that a one year old unit was cheap and peace of junk. Prior to this unit I had a Trane. That unit had three repairs in four years covered under warranty but still had to pay 2300 labor each repair. That was junk. You just don't was in to a home and call a new unit junk. A rock may have hit the coils during mowing. You don't know. Then charging $160 dollars a pound for 410a refrigerant is obscene. A 25lb cylinder is $329. That is corporate greed at its worst. The tech said I need at least 9 lbs in a 10 lbs unit. EPA 608 leak threshold for residential is 10% . Did not even offer to repair the leak just to recharge against EPA regulations. He did reiterate that the one year unit should be replaced. Then you wonder why people don't like or trust A/C companies

I love dealing with Cool Today. From the first phone call for service to the completion of the problem, everyone is professional and very helpful. Technician showed up when he was supposed to. Fixed the problem and reported back to me what the issue was.
