Cool Today technician Alex checked all electrical outlets, made one adjustment to a wobbly wall switch. Wore little booties so as not to track in debris. The annual prepaid inspection took about an hour. No issues found, so peace of mind.

5 Stars – Exceptional Service with Heart and Integrity We had an incredibly positive experience with Cool Today Park Cooling, Plumbing, and Electrical from start to finish. When our air conditioner suddenly stopped working on a Saturday, they had someone at our home within two hours of calling — and we weren’t even charged for an emergency visit, which was a pleasant surprise. One thing I really appreciated was their thoughtful safety features — we received real-time text updates with the technician’s estimated arrival time, his name, and a photo. It made the experience feel safe, transparent, and caring right from the start. Our technician, Anthony Baldwin, was absolutely outstanding. He was kind, professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly empathetic to our situation. When the manufacturer delayed the part we needed to fix our AC, Anthony took it upon himself to drive to a supplier and get the part personally — something he clearly did out of the kindness of his heart. He returned and installed it the same day, just to make sure we could be comfortable again. That level of dedication and compassion speaks volumes about his character. He also shared information about their loyalty program, which gives you 20% off services and biannual maintenance visits — all at a very reasonable price. With service like this and a program that adds real value, I won’t even consider another company in the future. Thanks again to Anthony and the entire Cool Today Park team. I made an appointment and asked to do a maintenance appointment for my air handler. I made the appointment over the phone I specifically asked the lady if they would be putting in a new filter and cleaning the coils. She answered “yes” to both questions. The technician came, not sure what he did because he said they don’t change filters unless I give him a filter that I supple, and he would install it, which was ridiculous because I could do that myself, and that cleaning the coils was an exorbitant extra fee. I did not call to schedule an exam on my unit, I called to schedule maintenance. Maintenance is “The act of keeping something in good condition, or preserving it from decline.” Well, without cleaning the coils and replacing the filter, this was not preserving my furnace from decline. I feel that I was scammed and misled. He examined my air handler, told me what needed to be done and then asked for outrageous fees. He also kept pushing me to buy a package deal, which was very expensive.. That is misleading and I believe dishonest. The technician blamed the incident on the lady who scheduled it.
