I don’t know how to rate my service call fairly because the tech arrived when they said he would and he was nice BUT the cost of having him put in a new water heater was ridiculous. I understand that prices are high on everything. So I checked with Home Depot and the heater only cost $600 how can you expect me to pay $2600? It’s not even that hard of a job to justify that much of a margin.

Ken was amazing. Very knowledgeable and a really hard worker. Very polite, cleaned up after all the work was done. Reasonable pricing. Will definitely use again.

Scheduled an appointment with this company after seeing them listed in “Five Star Rated”. As you can see from my rating here they fell very short of that. Appointment was scheduled the following day between 8am-noon and that the staff would call when on their way. Instead got a call from their office at 11am saying that the tech was running late. They were not able to give me an ETA but they said he would call when on his way. Waited until 2:30pm and no one had called. Called the office back and again asked for an ETA. I was put on an extended hold. Again they would not give me a time frame so I canceled to call someone else after wasting most of the day waiting for them. Five Star Rating service needs to re-evaluate this company-very poor service!

The maintenance person Nate was on time and very polite. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He changed the filters inside the house. Tested the heating and cooling system. Replaced the UV light and cleaned the entire unit. Great job, Nate. Thank you.
