Your the technician did not act professionally, refused to give me an update of the job , and told me that I should not said anything 😭 because the tune up cost just $25:00 that's insulting because that not my first tune up with Home Depot, my Air conditioner is new , finance by Home Depot , why a simple job getting so complicated, i am not satisfied at all .

Had my drain stopped up and they sent out a tech, 3 days later it stopped up again. This time they sent out a different tech, Ruben. The technician who attended to repair a plumbing issue was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to explain different options prior to starting any repairs. Miguel listened patiently as I described the issue and once I was finished, proceeded to show me what needed to be repaired. It isn’t very often where a service technician is as patient and understanding as Miguel was during my call. The repair was completed with efficiency and with a fair cost.
