Cool Today is the best company in Southwest FL. The customer service reps always readily respond to make sure a technician can meet your needs promptly. Joseph Robinson our technician communicated when he would arrive. He tried to troubleshoot the problem on the phone to save on the cost. Extremely professional when he came into our home. We will always use Cool Today to solve our electrical and plumbing needs!

I’ve been a long term Customer of Cool Today for approximately 20 years and have had them maintain several of my properties. Last Friday continued to remind me why doing business with Cool Today has been a wise decision. Last Friday I had an issue that started with water pouring out of the wall. I called Cool Today when I found it, late in the day, and they fit a call with me the same day. Maximus showed up around midnight and worked through the night until 5:30 the next morning. He went through the entire system, made repairs and prepared the lines with a solvent to clear the lines. Robert came in the following day and after 3 hours, successfully cleared the line, tested the flow to ensure it worked and left me with a well running system. Over the years I have bought my new Ac units from Cool Today, as well as the 10 year warranty and the annual maintenance agreements. This recent episode and the great response was Cool Today continues to demonstrate those were good decisions!

Lifetime warranty? Since last Sunday 12 calls, including the answering service, promises of call backs. Today, I was told that the part needed was at Johnstone, I offered to go pick it up and was told that the tech had to., but it could not be completed.this weekend due to staffing ! Now, no service til Monday... QA reached out to me, yesterday, and she was very kind and understanding. Unacceptable responses, total disregard for stated, " LIFETIME WARRANTY", @$12.5 K, spent on this unit, and three units in 15 years WHY ? If I could choose zero stars I would.

I've been a Cool Today customer for a number of years and multiple homes and after this last visit, I think I'm done. Nothing personal to the "technician" who came to my house, but it was so clear his primary intention was to try and sell me as much as possible...like a $3,000 replacement for my fully functioning dual-lamp U/V system on a 4 year old A/C, and that was just the start. I even got the "my manager says he'll do xyz for free if you agree right now" high pressure pitch. I never did get the pictures of my system, electrical values, etc from a typical maintenence visit but you can bet I had those work estimates in my inbox before he left the driveway. I debated for days if I should even write this, I'm a nobody to them and I've had some very good experiences with people from CT in the past (shout out Darby) but this visit left me feeling wary. I still have a 2nd free maintenance appointment to use this year and I don't see myself cashing it in. I'll be moving to a company that isn't charging me to slap its name on a stadium or owned by private equity.
