Purchased an annual care plan from Cool Today and after scheduling the electrical safety inspection included in the plan, it was canceled and had to reschedule. Then after scheduling the plumbing safety inspection, the technician didn’t make it within the noon to 4 timeline and well after 4pm, still no word from the technician, not even to let us know he was going to late. Called Cool Today custom service to reschedule after wasting a whole afternoon waiting, they couldn’t get me rescheduled until sometime in June (it’s April 15). Absolutely the worst customer care and the care plan was a total waste of money. Will never, ever us Cool Today again.

Outstanding work, everyone from the gentlemen at Home Depot, to the salesman who came and quoted us, and the technicians who arrived to do the work were consummate professionals. The level of service and attention to detail was outstanding. I can’t believe what the 2 gentlemen accomplished in about 5 hours. They were attentive, polite and respectful. Cleaning as they went. I highly recommend this company.

Our a/c unit had stopped cooling our upstairs bedrooms during the hottest part of the summer. Cool today was able to provide a same day appointment and Omar was our technician. Omar from was able to quickly diagnose the issue with our a/c unit. He manages to arrange the system to cool the upstairs before coming back the next day to replace the necessary part. He was friendly and knowledgeable and had our AC unit back and working within a day. Top notch service.

I’ve done business with this company in the past and had great experiences up until recently. I had a new mini split installed recently and to make a long story short it had a small leak at the connections. I need a simple fix and recharge of the system. I ask for a quote and boy did I get one, and overage quote to cover the companies cost of materials instead of the company taking care of the customer to ensure that cost over time. They decided to put it all on me by overcharging and when attempting to discuss the situation based on two other quotes that were $300 cheaper, they said there was nothing they could do to help. I will most likely never do business with them again, very disappointing ruining a business relationship this way.
