The technician was told the the visit was to replace washer hoses. In fact, we needed a quote to install a new stacked washer dryer with new plumbing and electrical hook ups. A project estimator now has to come out to give us the quote we need.

Such great service, I highly recommend!!! Emmanuel was so efficient and professional. While I was visiting my mother in Naples, the bath tub water valve broke and the bath tub would not stop running and we had to turn off the main and then had no water. Emmanuel with Cool Today showed up in under two hours and replaced the valve control for a reasonable price. I wish I had such a great service provider where I live in Atlanta.

Unreliable Service & Inconsistent Technicians Cool Today has been a huge disappointment. Every time they send a technician, it’s someone new who isn’t familiar with my system, leading to inconsistent service and repeated issues. Instead of properly fixing things, they waste time upselling unnecessary services. It feels like they prioritize sales over actual customer satisfaction. There techs don't know and don't even thing of getting a manager to fix your problem they are worthless, won't even give you a call back For the high prices they charge, I expect reliability and expertise—not a guessing game with different techs every visit. If you want consistent, professional service, look elsewhere. They are not it.
