We had an emergency situation and they were at my house within 2 hours of when I called. Quadrea was the technician and he quickly assessed the problem, showed me what he was planning to do, and got it done. He also showed me what caused the problem to prevent it from happening again. We had cool today come out and clean our Air conditioning unit today. They were on time, quick and they also did a review of our system. Although they let us know what improvements we could make, I'm from the old school...if it isn't broke...don't fix it. Thanks for the maintenance though. We do need to keep up with that!

Adam, the tech, called 30 mins before arriving and was there within the time window that was scheduled. He performed routine maintenance and let me know exactly what he was doing. When he found a couple of issues with our system he physically showed/demonstrated the findings, took pictures and fully explained the issues and potential problems. He did not pressure me to make the repairs, but took time to help me understand the options. He then quoted a fair price, replaced the components needed, cleaned up and made the whole process easy. Adam also asked me to let him know if there were any issues with our system. In short, Cool Today did a great job! Please let Adam know that we appreciated his politeness, honesty and work ethic!
