Really disappointed, going on 36 hours with no update on when my compressor will be installed. This is a unit that was installed June 23 2025. No AC for 48 Hours. They got their money with a new install within a day, but a part under warranty is not a priority. Going on 72 hours, they haven't even reached out. Where are you Jeff?

Roman S. was professional and polite. Called to let us know he could come early. Explained everything that needed done. Had everything he needed in the van. No running to get supplies. Worked quickly and put everything to right before leaving. Completed the job before original scheduled arrival time. Will definitely recommend if you need plumbing done.

I’m new to the area and purchased a new home and was interested in getting an AC Check-up. I was in Home Depot and was offered a deal for new customers for a $29.00 maintenance check with Cool Today. That is how I found them and was very impressed and pleased with the service of Cool Today. Omar was the Technician that did the work and said that I had 2 options; repairing or replacing. No pressure whatsoever and very courteous. I went with replacement and was very pleased with Mitch who presented the product and explained everything. Their warranty and maintenance plans were very reasonable. This company presents as an honest and trustworthy company… I highly recommend them.
