We have used CoolToday for the first time to service our AC unit in Sarasota, we were pleased with the service and most importantly communicating with us through out the process. We like to thank Jimmy for his professionalism and being on time. We dropped D&D as our service provider after using their services for over a decade, mainly for their poor communication and not respecting their appointments times. It’s a new day, it’s CoolToday!

Had them come out on a Sunday emergency call because my AC maintenance was running but not cooling. The tech came out at appx. 89 PM and when she was attempting to tech the capacitor, she noticed that a wire had become separated and burned. She fixed it within minutes and the house started cooling again. We are extremely happy with the service provided by this company, and are highly recommended

They give you a 4hr window of time when they will be there. But once they text you that the service person is on the way you can actually track them which is very helpful. In 20+yrs of using this company I have never come across a single team member that didn’t provide excellent customer service and all are very competent in their respective fields! Especially the plumbers!

This was the second air conditioning company I had to check out my unit. The first company was here for less than 5 minutes and concluded that I needed a new unit ... He did not even look at the unit, when he heard the noise, the reason I called for service he automatically said your unit is crying for help. Time to replace it. I decided to get another opinion and friends had recommended Cool Today. Turns out the noise was coming from my POOL pump NOT the air conditioner. I am so grateful to have found an honest technician from reputable company that assured me my unit was working fine. Thanks so much !!!
