I’m new to the area and purchased a new home and was interested in getting an AC Check-up. I was in Home Depot and was offered a deal for new customers for a $29.00 maintenance check with Cool Today. That is how I found them and was very impressed and pleased with the service of Cool Today. Omar was the Technician that did the work and said that I had 2 options; repairing or replacing. No pressure whatsoever and very courteous. I went with replacement and was very pleased with Mitch who presented the product and explained everything. Our a/c unit had stopped cooling our upstairs bedrooms during the hottest part of the summer. Cool today was able to provide a same day appointment and Omar was our technician. Omar from was able to quickly diagnose the issue with our a/c unit. He manages to arrange the system to cool the upstairs before coming back the next day to replace the necessary part. I manage several vacation rental properties that were severely impacted by hurricane Helene. Two out of five properties in the same complex had no air conditioning. One of them had a service contract with Cool Today, I called them earlier in the morning and they sent a technician out the same day. The other property that was having an AC issue had a different company, i contacted them and they sent a technician out as well. lThey told me that the whole system needed to be replaced to the tune of about $8000. When Omar came from Cool Today to service the rental property they had the cool Today maintenance contract, i asked him if he would please give me a second opinion. He literally fixed the AC unit for a little over $1000. I’m so grateful to Cool Today and Omar.
