Our AC unit was making a screeching noise, plus it was nearly twenty years old. Chris was able to come out and give me some quotes on new units within a couple of days. The day after I received the quote (a Thursday), the unit completely stopped working. I was worried that we would be without AC for the entire weekend. But I called Chris and he was able to schedule my install for the next morning. They were great to work with!

This was the best customer service we have ever experienced. The first visit from Rob was a great encounter. He was very patient and knowledgeable on the products and services. He explained everything clearly and step by step on how the process would go. He really went above and beyond to help us finance the best unit for our needs. The process was extremely fast and simple. On the day of the install, Johnny nd Edwin arrived on time and were amazing off the bat. Both were friendly but still got straight into it immediately. They worked so hard and diligently. We were amazed at how much work it was and they did it efficiently. I applaud them, especially in this Florida 90 degree weather. CoolToday gained a loyal customer today. 10/10 definitely recommend !
