Serviceman "Sam" was super knowledgeable and efficient. He did a thorough inspection and assessment and provided quality recommendations. My issue, 4 vs 5 stars, is with the time window for service. I was booked for 8 to noon. At 11:45am I still hadn't received a heads-up time so I sent a text to the scheduler. I got a call from Sam shortly after noon when he was only a couple minutes away. An update on the expected arrival time would be nice. ---Pr. Sonny Bezdek

Technician was courteous and professional. Jaziel did an outstanding job performing the yearly service on my residence. I did give a 3 star rating due to the fact that you no longer get 2 minor toilet rebuilds for free with the service plan. I was informed that it would be $300 per toilet for a minor rebuild……that is INSANE!!!! I would much rather go back to paying the $359 yearly fee and have 2 toilet rebuilds included. Definitely think this is something you should re-consider as I would have to assume this isn’t the first time you have heard of this concern from a customer. Like many homes in the area, we have 3 toilets so that would be $900. I will YouTube educate myself and figure out how to do it on my own. I have been a customer for over 5 years, to be honest, this could be a game changer.

Fast and friendly service. Sam arrived at the time expected and quickly started to perform my system checkup. He shared details on his findings with the recommended fixes that made sense and fit my budget. Overall very pleased with my first experience with Cool Today. Would recommend to others.

I had Chase from Cool Today out yesterday for an A/C tune up. He was awesome. He was so thorough and went above and beyond on the work he did. So polite and went over everything and answered any questions I had . A true professional left me feeling fully informed on any info I needed. From start to finish making the apt and communication from the company and arrived as scheduled was a great experience. I highly recommend Cool Today for any needs you have. I know I will be using them for any future needs.
