Everyone from Top Manager, Field Manager, Service Manager, Service men and Customer Service were professional, attentive to AC problems that arose, courteous, and skilled in problem solving. They communicated with me at all times as to what needed to be done, and were quick to respond. The company worked as a team to help remedy the situation expeditiously and with care for its customers.

Service technician Alex was very professional knowledgeable and listened to my explanation of the problem being experienced. He immediately understood and started to trouble shoot, he found the problem within 10 minutes. Alex explained and showed thoroughly to me what caused the problem. He made the repair and checked to make sure it was done satisfactory for me. I can't give more than 5 stars but Alex and Cool Today deserve 10+ stars. I will definitely recommend Cool Today to my friends if they ever need a great company for any electrical issue they may have.

The in house customer service team is friendly, and quick to act for any questions or issues. We have had several AC units through the years and the sales team is honest and takes time explaining products.
