So I had the technician Armando come out and service my unit as part of my service plan. Very nice gentleman seemed pretty thorough pointed out a few issues to me. I don’t think he tested the heat out. However, when he was testing outside unit, he must’ve forgotten to put a wire back on. Because about two hours after he left, the house was not cooling off at all. So I went outside while the air-conditioning inside was running the outside unit was not running at all. So I called and they sent another tech technician out that night. His name was Dean. Very nice gentleman. He went over to the outside unit took the panel off and found that there was a wire that was not connected back that Armando took off. That must’ve shorted the system out. He tried several attempts and several things to get us Up and running, but he could not. He determined that the wire that was loose burnt out the compress System. He stated after speaking to his supervisor that they would come back the next day and replaced the compressor. I don’t remember a gentleman‘s name that came out here, but he was extremely nice as well. He did a great job and after he left, my air conditioner has been working fine. One of the reasons why I have Cool Today come out and service. My unit is because I’ve never had an issue with the Service technicians. And they stand behind their work. Replacing the compressor at no charge was one of the many things that they stand behind. They realized it was their mistake and they took care of it. I never hesitate to call them or recommend Cool Today to anyone I know.

Had a leak under my sink. A service technician was available within 24 hours and was very punctual. He arrived at a time accommodating my morning schedule. The problem was nominal, involving a few twists of a screw to tighten part. There was no charge. This is one of many timely and first visit problem resolution we have experienced since doing business with cool today 2 years ago. Thanks so much!

We heard of their maintenance service while in Home Depot. The techs came on time and did the maintenance in depth, giving good feedback and proof of issues present. They gave reasonable suggestions for future prevention of similar problems. Ours was mold growth in the unit.
