I've never had a worse experience with a company in my life. I installed a $20,000 system and it started failing and having issues immediately. I had no air conditioning for almost 5 days even though they had the part in stock the whole time. I had to call them over and over just to get them to come out to fix the system. I've never dealt with managers who could care less about their jobs. Turns out they improperly installed it and they still haven't fully fixed it (and the month it ran when improperly installed caused a lot of wear on the system). No calls, no help from anyone. I'm sure I'll have to call them another half dozen times just to get this fixed however I'm planning to look into removing this system under their money back guarantee and have a professional A/C company put in a new one. They may be good for maintenance but DO NOT use CoolToday for any kind of installation services. Most of these Google reviews are for their maintenance services, go look at some other review sites and how low their scores are when most of the people posting got installation services.

Dean was on time and knew his way around my HVAC. He did a detail inspection of my 4 ton system. Explained and showed me what needed to be done. Replaced a key component. Completed needed routine maintenance. Fabulous job. He is a true professional and I highly recommend. Price was fair and I joined maintenance plan as it is a true value. Serviceman "Sam" was super knowledgeable and efficient. He did a thorough inspection and assessment and provided quality recommendations. My issue, 4 vs 5 stars, is with the time window for service. I was booked for 8 to noon. At 11:45am I still hadn't received a heads-up time so I sent a text to the scheduler. I got a call from Sam shortly after noon when he was only a couple minutes away. An update on the expected arrival time would be nice. ---Pr. Sonny Bezdek

Very responsive and professional. Cool Today was able to fix my A/C problem the same day. Part was readily available as compared to another company that quoted me 2 weeks to get the same part. Technician was very courteous and did an excellent job of explaining everything.
