Cool today plumbing was convenient and easy to schedule. They were punctual and had updates as to when they were on the way. The tech ,Jeffery , was great. He was polite, courteous, and friendly (dog friendly too). Explained everything as to our plumbing issue and repaired. I have used cool today for A/C before and that experience was great also. I will use no one else for my HVAC or plumbing needs.

Ronnie, our technician, was absolutely brilliant. He diagnosed the issue within seconds — it turned out to be the only thing we hadn’t already tried troubleshooting. Beyond fixing the immediate problem, he also took the time to check for any other potential issues, and thankfully everything else was in great shape. Ronnie was polite, personable, and extremely knowledgeable. This was our first time using this company, and thanks to him, we’ll definitely be calling them again. Big thanks to Ronnie — you’re the man!

We would like to give a huge shout out and thank you to Cool Today, and particularly to Adam who came to our house at 9 o’clock at night, quickly fixed the problem, and got our AC up and running. he insisted on staying for a little bit to make sure that the problem was truly fixed, and he was great about explaining exactly what happened so we can avoid the problem in the future. He was polite, courteous, and clean; putting booties on when he stepped into our house at the front door, taking them off when he stepped out of our house into the garage, and then putting them back on to come back through and explain things to us. Awesome! When we called into the office, we were greeted by somebody who was just as polite and courteous, spoke English flawlessly and did not make promises that would not be kept. She explained that someone would be out, but she could not say when, but that they would call 30 minutes prior. Mind you I called at, 5:30 in the afternoon and was not expecting service the same day but was ecstatic that we did not have to suffer through the heat and humidity last night. We will definitely be signing up for their whole home plan for $20 a month to continue to get this awesome service and not have to worry about AC, plumbing, or electrical when we have a problem. Thanks very much Cool Today! You are truly the epitome of excellence in customer service.

Cool Today's service has really gone downhill recently. We have used them for over a decade but recently they have failed to follow through. We recently had them do their annual maintenance on our equipment; two days later the coils go bad and no cool. Despite my concern about why they didn't catch this during the maintenance, I agreed to the repair estimate. Three days later and they still haven't got the repair complete. Cool today - more like cool when we get around to it
